Kaitlyn Gano (Baer)

I currently work for a high-growth SaaS company that is the leader in Cloud Cost Optimization and IT Asset Management. I'm happiest when I'm spending my time learning the motivations, workflows, habits, and problems of the people who use our products. I share my research findings and work collaboratively with various teams to solve user problems, while balancing business goals, and measuring success. I love using multiple research methods to scale and speed up time to value. I've been involved with many acquisitions over my many years in UX and have learned a lot about their processes, users, and products. I know what it takes to integrate those companies into our agile practice and move towards a seamless experience for users. I enjoy gardening, playing with my dogs, cooking, baking, traveling, checking out new brunch spots, game nights, and going to the movies.
