As a current Attractions Trainer, Core Lead, and Cast Member of the Disneyland Resort, I am required to manage and perform host duties in front of large, diverse groups of people to build energy and enthusiasm both internally with employees and externally for guests. My daily interactions with guests and employees along with my assisting in facilitation of attractions operations and training have earned Guest Compliments and recognition in the fields of safety, courtesy, show, and efficiency.
