Kaitlyn Troxel

Starting a career at Agility Logistics in May of 2019, I was brought on to be apart of a new team. Already knowing the customs entry process, this was an exciting move. Since joining the team at Agility I have my own customer and I am involved with two additional teams/customers. I am handling the billing and payments for those customers as well as having more independence to take on responsibility. I am still working in entry writing and customs clearance but I am now involved in communicating with truckers and warehouses for final deliveries. More recently, I have joined an office team to help the office become fully paperless. Being apart of that initiative is exciting and will be and amazing step for the office. Previously I worked for BDP International for over two years. Working there since June of 2016 I was continuously learning many new roles and functions that improved my day to day work. Being involved with the BDP Brand Ambassador program my input on new innovative programs and ideas were things helping grow BDP. Heavily involved in the auditing process of my team, I was auditing work from previous days to ensure everything was as accurate as possible. I was involved in logging files, transmitting files and handling several daily reports for the team as well. Being involved in training colleagues to teach them how to transmit was rewarding. I was able to help people learn more within their jobs but it was also a great way to interact with co-workers more.
