Define team objectives, set goals and track progress to ensure objectives are met. Monitor and manage IT store team effectively. Conduct detail reviews of audit of IT stores operations and facilitate appropriate documentations. Participate on various Team/Client meetings as on IT Store Governance prospective. Assist the team in developing, and creating the procedures, policies and standards of the IT service operations related to IT assets. Involved in all stages of IT asset related operations from procurement to Disposal, Capacity planning, IUT’s , service and repair Assist in the new technology/tool implementation and provide recommendations based on benefits and impact on current workflow. Execute audits of store operations and functions ensuring they are effectively and efficiently managed and in alignment with organizational standards. Lead/Guide the team to work effectively without any escalations and risks. Involved in various meetings of IT Asset strategies planning design and execution of material procurements/decompositions. Work effectively with associates at all levels in varying departments and service areas like EUS support /Logistic team /Procurement/Physical security etc.
