Kaley Beins, MPH

With over 6 years of experience, an MPH in Environmental Health Sciences, and a BS in Environmental Biology, Kaley focuses on how our environments can affect human health. She is passionate about improving public health through education, policy, and empowerment. She has experience in a wide range of public health topics including health communication, toxicology, exposure/risk assessment, environmental justice, vector control, and autoimmunity/disease development. Kaley has conducted field and lab research for ecology and occupational health projects and has worked in various countries including Panama and Peru. In addition to her technical expertise, Kaley has experience in project management and program evaluation. In her spare time she volunteers as a podcast host and patient education advocate for a rare disease nonprofit, a board member for DC EcoWomen, and the vice president of Sigma Xi's DC Chapter.
