Kalpa Gunarathna

Kalpa is a highly driven and self motivated professional employed in project management aspect of the software industry with ability to take up new challenges and adapting to challenges quickly. His personality is decorated with strong traits in ability to learn, enthusiasm, strategic thinking and leadership. He is mastering time bound project deliveries within scope and necessary budgetary constraints while meeting stakeholder expectations and managing changes and risks. He has entered into project management arena backed by a strong engineering background in software/ communication service providers (CSP) and tertiary education received by University of Colombo School of Computing, Sri Lanka. With his experience in full project life cycle he has played different roles in each ranging from BA, SE, devops engineer to PM. When guiding projects, His experience has given him the freedom to utilize knowledge in general waterfall methodologies or agile methodologies with a high focus on SCRUM, Kanban, TDD, FDD.
