In my role as Global IAM Product Owner, I am responsible for the renewal and modernization of digital IAM experience at Heineken. My goal is to strategically resolve business challenges to improve workforce and customer experience through simplification and automation while balancing risk and agility. I specialize in designing end-to-end capabilities to support new and innovative business requirements leveraging modern digital products and technology platforms.Prior to joining Heineken, I held the position of risk and assurance leader at Ernst & Young. During my time at EY, I led various advisory and audit projects for major international corporations like Shell, BP, Petronas, ABB, and ING, with a focus on Information Risk Management. This experience allowed me to gain exposure to diverse and intricate client scenarios and honed my ability to effectively respond to challenging situations, inspiring increased dedication, effort, and results from my team.I have experience building high-performing teams in cross-cultural environments, such as the Malaysia, Philippines, India, Poland, Germany, Netherlands and the United States. I am skilled at fostering partnerships to drive impact and innovation for shared success.
