Pragmatic Agile Delivery leader who mentored and guided many complex Agile business transformation (Both organisational transition and project delivery transformation). Worked with Sr. Management and delivery teams and guided / coached them to transform their workforce to more agile and engaged workforce who successfully deliver business value within a more sustainable timeframe. A hands-on agile coach who executed complex transformations that had team size greater than 100 members and had multi-vendor who worked from different geographical locations. Currently working as an Enterprise Agile coach and delivery manager who coach FINEOS delivery team in Lean and Agile principles and also advise our clients to implement FINEOS claims management product using lean-agile principles, which help the clients to transform and design the workforce to handle the claims effectively. I was a Sr Program Manager and Delivery Leader who delivered multi-million dollar projects using proven principles of waterfall method. This helps me to understand the pitfalls and challenges when an organisation transition to a more agile workforce.
