"Never adopt stagnancy in life", been following this throughout my life and born to live creatively as well as chasing after the "Dream" life. I love to dig into ways on improving myself , challenging own weaknesses and strive to learn more in the process. Simply to say, up to this points I have acquired several knowledge on my career field and studies and the learning story of my life will never stop. Being graduated as a software developer out of my high school makes me realized the importance of IT knowledge in this world and I have been interested to share or introduced the benefit of incorporating technology into client business. Apart from enhancing technical knowledge aspect, I also learnt connecting with people is also as crucial to make any business or project successful. As per current job, I have been managing up to 3 clients or more for our product on solving their operation problems utilizing our company technology as well as communicating the features and usage to enhance client business in terms of customer acquisition , marketing methods , customer retention so on and so forth from our company product. The recent new implemented project which I am handling currently involved providing the full support to ease the customer usability as well as finding and reporting bug to developer which contribute to the product enhancement as well as stability that will lead to customer satisfaction on our newly created product. As a summary, IT industry is still a passion in me as well as establishing good relationship with clients is always my end goal. There is certainly more to learn, more problem to solve and more solution to build.
