Throughout undergrad and a full-time employee for a digital marketing agency, I have gained experience in SEO, Paid Search/Paid Social, content writing and communications. My most recent successes in digital marketing has been managing clients Paid Search and Paid Social accounts on many different platforms. Mostly using Google search, display, shopping and discovery has allowed me to become knowledgeable on how to research, plan, set up, monitor and share KPI's within Google Advertising. Facebook Business Managing for clients has been another big focus on my digital marketing growth. With the new privacy settings for consumers (including IOS 14), many people in the advertising industry and clients wanting to advertise on Facebook ads were worried about a decrease in quality traffic from ads. BUT, with intense research, data analyzing of clients past ads, A/B testing and optimized targeting, I was able to continue receiving high quality traffic that turned into conversions, leads and increased brand awareness. One client even increased from a ROAS of around 2.00 to 18.65 within 3 weeks of taking over their Facebook Ads. There have been many exciting goals that were reached for ads for all clients and on all different platforms, but continuing to research trends, knowing all the new settings, optimizing strategies and other important factors in PPC will keep my team, my clients and myself knowledgable in the world of digital advertising. Keeping up with SEO for any company is important, and I learned that while being able to continue growing in my writing skills. Helping with editing and writing blogs, designing landing pages, CTA buttons, on-page content, and keeping up with keyword research, has improved many clients SEO while also keeping PPC ads landing page experience above average. I enjoy being able to continue my passion in writing, while also improving clients PPC and SEO. I love digital and social marketing and I would like to continue a future where I can continue to grow, while still using my skills to help customers and my team. Not only have I become more skilled in digital marketing but I have also been able to create relationships with my team and clients to build trust when working together. Having excellent written and verbal communication skills will not only be needed in a future role, but to continue building relationships to help grow and teach others.
