Karen Clark

Prior to joining GO MARINE GROUP as the General Manager - Shared Services in March 2010, Karen served for 8 years with the Australian Defence Force at various postings within Australia. After leaving the military, Karen progressed through the leadership ranks in both private and public sectors. Karen worked as the HR/Operations manager of a medium sized security services provider for 3 years before becoming the Director of an executive consultancy firm for 7 years, primarily responsible of sales and marketing, human resources and troubleshooting for her client base. Karen’s commitment to human resources and continuous improvement led her to the resources industry in 2002 where she continued to provide private and publicly listed engineering, procurement and construction management and marine companies with her specialist expertise in offshore employment, industrial relations and employee engagement.
