Passionate about creativity and delivering quality content, on time and on budget, I started my career in the Royal Air Force, spent 10 years at ITV, before launching Pushed in 2005, with my husband, Dave. Over the last sixteen years, we have grown and matured our two-person start-up into an established team of creatives, working, from our Devon studio; using Dave’s talent in graphic design, illustration, storytelling and animation along with my project management, business and marketing skills to create unique creative solutions that educate, engage and inspire target audiences. Proud to be a bronze winner of the Internationally recognised Stevie Awards 2021 for "Female Executive of the Year - Business Services - 10 or less employees." Keen to give back both to the business community and the wider community we live in, I've been a school governor, am an active member of the local Chamber of Commerce, Pushed’s certified Wellbeing Champion and a member of the Plymouth Ladies Charity Club, raising money for disadvantaged young people in Plymouth.
