Key holder for the #1 Store in the District. Provides great customer service in person and over the phone. Assist the Store Manager in achieving store sales and profit objectives. Ensures processes and procedures are followed accurately and efficiently to achieve unit business plans and priorities. Resolves problems and opportunities in the assigned function to keep activities on track. Observes Associate performance and equipment and machines with regard to proper operation and safety; instructs on proper operation and reports functioning problems to maintenance and/or engineering as appropriate. Fix any technical problems with scanners, registers, I-pads and Libbys. Leads the department by providing direction, coaching, feedback, and recognition to the Associate while efficiently and effectively supporting customers. HR- interviewing, hiring, training, schedules for the store, payroll, cash room, update bulletin boards and all computers and registers.
