I have over 8 years of experience working in HR and Payroll, gaining my CIPD in HR Management in 2019. I moved into Project Management in 2021 after gaining experience in system implementation and process mapping and improvement over the previous 6 years. Having hands on experience in both HR and Payroll has helped me understand the business needs for both the employer and the employee, and identify the best way forward for a business to operate its People Operations to its full potential. I can adapt easily to my work environment, in a very friendly, approachable and professional manner. Previous employers range from media and entertainment, to investment and financial. I’ve enjoyed the variety of the companies I’ve worked for and how they operate - Sothebys, World Gold Council, Global Media and more. Every company I’ve worked for has given me vast amounts of experience, which helps me recognise areas that may need some improvement, to quickly implement new processes and solutions.
