Kari Keller

I consider myself a "type A" personality. I'm extremely driven and hard working but at the same time I enjoy helping others. When I started my career in accounting, I never realized how much personal interaction it would entail. Back then my image of an accountant was being closed off in an office crunching numbers on a calculator. Thank goodness that wasn't reality. My entire 21 year career has been in manufacturing. I've only worked for two companies during this time but both are deeply rooted in American history for which I am proud. The best aspect about working in a manufacturing facility is you get to be a part of the inner workings of how to make a product. Not many people get to experience that. I have worked at a Ford manufacturing facility for 17 years. My longevity shows my loyalty and dedication to my profession and my employer. I've become the "go-to" person in my department and have become extremely resourceful which is why I consider myself a resolution specialist. Over time I have gained respect and credibility from my colleagues and they trust that I will do all that I can to assist them. I enjoy helping others achieve their goals but I also want to provide them with the tools to empower themselves. Overall my career and experiences have taught me to be resilient and adaptable. The only constant in life is change. The key is to view these changes as opportunities.
