Karim Adaimi

As a young boy, I joined the scouts of Lebanon where I volunteered for 12 years three of them I served as a chief. One quote that I really like about Baden Powell: "Leave the earth a little better than you found it". Scout did not only contribute to my leadership skills, but it also built a passion for nature and its activities in addition to a rebellion to preserve it. I leveraged this passion into a business under my scout’s nickname "Obero", an e-commerce website selling hiking equipment. I kept my scout promise and I contribute 5% of my yearly revenues to a reforestation-focused NGO for a greener Lebanon. I consider myself a serial entrepreneur who I find solutions to problems that are not easy. When my family business, Bookstop - a digital printing company, was going through a revenue loss during covid, I founded a print-on-demand e-commerce website, BookstopGO, where customers can customize any product online: t-shirt, mugs, or other gifts and send them to their loved ones within few minutes. I then joined the MBA program to put a business framework to the entrepreneurial journey that I had.
