With experience managing a $22M nationwide portfolio, including 100+ commercial and 10+ residential leases, I have successfully demonstrated wide-ranging management and operational skills (with a consistently positive attitude!). I am adept at handling tenant concerns and constantly strive to create and monitor effective policies and improve workflows. I also bring financial acumen in accounts receivable and payable, payroll responsibilities, accounting, and billing, having 20+ years of bookkeeping experience. Most recently, as a General Manager for a Waste Solutions company, I’ve deftly managed daily customer service calls and job site support, including same-day route scheduling, service delays, and complaints for 300-400 customers.
