My present employer is AFL Global -Edmonton Alberta, Canada holding the job title as Field Service Technician since May 16, 2016 to present. And prior to that was in Best Buy Canada (West Edmonton) Store holding the job title as Home Solutions/Mobile/Connected Solutions Specialist & Samsung Experience Consultant (Permanent Full-time) since June 5, 2015 until May 14, 2016. I have landed in Canada last May 10, 2015 as an immigrant (under the Federal Skilled Worker program). I am an IT professional with over 4 years of technical background, worked as a IT Telecommunications Engineer / IT Network Administrator ~ IT Department in Metro Retail Stores Group Inc. (formerly VICSAL Development Corporation) back in Cebu City, Philippines, with adequate knowledge of IT Networks and Telecommunications products and services. In addition I have over 2 years of experience as an IT Client Support Technician Level III TIMEX Philippines, Inc., I have graduated from college education last October 9, 2004 with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering in the University of San Jose – Recoletos College Cebu City, Philippines 6000. I have the desire to continual learning and personal development. I have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines on IT Network & Telecommunication projects. I have good inter-personal skills, and I am a motivated self-starter who takes pride in resolving technical issues.
