Karl Davenport

A highly organised individual with 6+ years of local and international construction experience. During my time I have been exposed to a wide variety of construction projects, including apartment and townhouse development, aged care facilities, civil works and commercial office fit-outs. My skill set is constantly evolving, with career roles in client side project management to construction with principal contractors. Combining these allows me to leverage greater application of knowledge to my projects and the end to end project lifecycle. Exposure of projects include a variety of residential development, civil works, roads, HVAC and internal fitout. As I continue to grow in my career, the need to constantly move and grow with advancements in technology is important, this enables working collaboratively within my team and senior management more efficient and produces a high level result. I am an emotionally intelligent person, this is advantageous when dealing with team members and clients alike to ensure excellent results for all involved. With my high attention to detail and strong analytical skills, I apply my skills throughout my work ethic to achieve outstanding results.
