I am grateful to all the wonderful opportunities presented to me that has aided to my growth and self introspection. It has been a beautiful metamorphosis, not a smooth one but definitely the best!I started my career in sales that involved extensive travel which gave me memorable experiences and connections. I then transcended towards customer service in an airline which exposed me to customer service holistically, time management skills and team activity. I finally settled down to presentation & graphics designs, thanks to the wonderful opportunity given by McKinsey & Company. I always had a liking towards customer service and supply chain that was nurtured by my role transition at McKinsey & Company. I learnt the nuances of customer-first mindset and account management and improved my capability to handle both with difficult and memorable situations with a balance. I co-founded "Visual Sculptors“, a design agency specialized in Microsoft PowerPoint Presentation, now functioning its Client Director. I am responsible for client acquisition, management and account planning. I also manage the quality of communication and service levels.
