Kat Consador

I have 10 years of experience in leadership, negotiations, and research, delivering results for international organizations. I graduated with a Master of Global Management (MGM) degree in Global Affairs from Thunderbird School of Global Management. The MGM is the equivalent of an MBA with a global focus. I was a junior fellow and consultant at EastWest Institute, a U.S.-based think tank in international conflict prevention, trust-building, and crisis management. I provided logistical, administrative, and research support amidst significant organizational change. My professional experience includes high-pressure sales and leadership, where I learned to be resilient, adaptable, and deliver results. I am passionate about ballroom dance, with over 15 years of world-class training, competitions, and volunteer instruction. I believe in mindful leadership and have been practicing meditation for 10 years which has helped me be optimistic, overcome challenges, and share the best of myself to others. I look forward to growing within a company where I can make a positive impact.
