I currently work as a Claims Handler at Sevatas, providing high quality customer service for Ford car dealers across different European countries. My professional and helpful attitude allowed me to develop strong work relationships with the dealers with whom I work on regular basis. It gives me great satisfaction when my hard work results in satisfaction and gratitude from my dealers. Additionally, good problem solving and time management skills help me achieve my KPIs and ensure smooth recovery process. My motivation and efficiency comes partly form the great diverse culture Sevatas offers. Working in an multicultural office creates an exciting and vibrant atmosphere, allowing me to step out of my comfort zone, use my language skills and grow as a person.
