My layers of knowledge enable me to effectively “tell the story” of a product, and I love connecting with people in this way. I am a natural rapport builder and thrive on building great relationships with a foundation of trust and knowledge. I am an individual with a varied skill set, my Food Technology degree offers me an understanding of food and beverage from a technical and product development perspective. In simple terms, I understand how food and beverage products are developed, processed and put to market. My sales experience as a Technical Account and Product Manager, solidified my expertise with food ingredients and their technical applications within the industry. I have a highly developed palate and can effortlessly describe what I am tasting or smelling in relatable terms. More recently, I fulfilled my dream of setting up and owning my own business which was a great success and has added greatly to my skill set, including project management, financial success, team leadership, expert organisational and communication capabilities. It has also given me insight into consumer branding, consumer buying behaviours and the key factors that make a product successful.
