I am a 23-year old Honours student at the University of Cape Town. I am reliable, hard-working, punctual, loyal and personable. I am looking to expand my skills in human resources, specifically focusing on change management, and gain experience in a corporate environment, as. I aim to be a productive member of a team in order to gain skills whilst simultaneously being able to have a positive contribution in a team and company. Through my studies I have learnt that there is a strong correlation between employee happiness and efficiency, productivity and office morale. I am able to see the value in being an employee who is easy to work with and respects the needs of the organisation as well as the other employees and the employers.
