Kate Slade

I have worked in the food and beverage, and Hospitality industry for over 10 years and am dedicated to growing my career in Hospitality. With ample experience in almost every facet of the industry from short order cook and banquet server, to Assistant Food and Beverage manager for a large corporate hotel chain, and now my newest venture as Sales Manager for a Boutique Hotel & Spa. However, one of my most valuable learning experiences in my working career was as co-owner of a Small Farm Distillery in Upstate New York Finger Lakes Region. Last Shot Distillery has been up and running since December 2015. As part owner of a new business I have learned more in this role then in my other past jobs. I managed daily office and clerical duties. I managed all social media outlets, as well as created and serviced the website. I Managed all marketing and advertising graphics, designs, and strategy implementation. As well as ran the on-site tasting room. I enjoy and thrive in a fast-paced and challenging work environment and am always looking to expand and grow my career in new way.
