I am a confident, highly motivated registered Associate Nutritionist with extensive experience of working in paediatric critical care nursing, where I worked at a senior level. I am passionate about nutrition and public health and understanding the needs of my clients to deliver a personalised approach to achieve positive health outcomes and long-term behaviour change. As an individual I am highly motivated by achieving the highest standards of care using the most up to date evidence-based practice to help individuals, and to drive change within an organisation. The creation of my own healthy eating brand concept ‘Scoffalot’ is an example of my motivation and aspiration to use my skills, knowledge and passion to create positive change using innovative techniques. I always go beyond my basic roles and responsibilities by challenging practices and implementing continuous improvement.
