Kate Worlton-Pulham, PH.D.

Dr. Kate Worlton-Pulham is Director of Strategic Solutions for AllenComm, with which she has designed learning, engagement, and professional development ecosystems in close collaboration with diverse Fortune 100 clients in the financial, retail, consulting, aerospace, manufacturing, health, food services, banking, and non-profit industries. In 2022, she was named an eLearning Industry Top Trailblazer. With deep exposure to the operations, communication strategy, and inside culture of these large companies, Kate's needs analyses, organizational and performance consulting and architecture for each client provides them tailored change management, communications, and learning initiative design and implementation plans, as well as operationalized sustainment and measurement strategies. Having led various client initiatives (sales enablement, brand, onboarding, leadership, compliance, etc.) and incited performance growth within various industries, Kate adds unique value with her end-to-end vision, wise to the needs of the employees, stakeholders, consumers, and metrics. Her teams' metric-driven work has achieved repeated ROI, reflected in several top industry awards. She also regularly speaks at international human capital management conferences and gives thought-leading webinars for HCM transformation. Kate is the founder and Executive Director for Education Weekend: The Tradition of Enquiry, gathering internationally recognized thought-leaders to Oxford for a two-day multidisciplinary conference. It is held annually at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, where Kate served as a professor in English Language and Literature and where she received PhD and MPhil degrees in English. While directing communications and professional development for business leadership firms, Kate managed content curation and the eLearning/instructional design teams, creating optimal UX, producing high-return marketing, presenting the training to online and live users, and establishing a train-the-trainers program. As the Director of Executive Training for Deseret Digital Media, Kate directed learning programs for international sales and content media outlet executives. She also directed an instructional design team, in-person conferences, and training teams to develop training to scale to a global market. Kate has eight years of experience teaching English Language and Literature at the University of Oxford. She has also been an editor for several publications. Kate currently leads a learning, engagement, and performance analytics dashboard initiative.
