My childhood was filled with the desire to help people and to leave my mark on the world. I pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies from University of Wisconsin Oshkosh which has helped me turn that desire into a career. I currently work as a Development Specialist for the Alzheimer's Association. I help to ignite passion in the volunteers I work with as we collaborate together to raise money for support group funds, education initiatives, and research efforts all relating to Alzheimer's Disease. Our goal is to see a day with the first survivor of Alzheimer's. I also help to spearhead projects like the Walk to End Alzheimer's events in Stevens Point, Wausau, Marshfield, and Door County, and our local running of the nationwide The Longest Day event.
