I specialize in a variety of loan programs for both purchase and refinance transactions; these programs cover VA, FHA, USDA, Conventional, Jumbo, and Non-QM products. Presently, I am a Wholesale Account Executive at Plaza Mortgage. I previously was a top Account Executive at Stearns Lending for eleven years. My background includes being an underwriter with Citicorp Mortgage, then I relocated to Southern California to join Freddie Mac. While at Freddie Mac, I managed the QC Department and worked as a Contract Negotiator. I provide optimum customer service and loan quality to my company, and to my Broker base. A part of the service that I provide is in reviewing and following up on conditions and loan status to promote a faster funding time. Manage locks, such as initial pricing, relocks and lock extensions. I work directly with broker offices training and assisting Loan Officers and Processors on loan programs and pricing. I introduce new financing programs.
