Katherine’s work spans two decades guiding leaders to seize bold opportunities for growth—and doing good. Today, Katherine and her team of future-hackers in the Office of Innovation at Salesforce passionately investigate, inspire, and inform strategy to meet today’s most urgent business imperatives including the Future of Work. Since 2015, Salesforce has consistently been recognized as one of the Top 5 most innovative companies in the world by Forbes. Prior to joining Salesforce, Katherine led innovation and strategic transformation efforts within technology companies such as IBM, as well as led innovation services organizations, working side-by-side with leaders across industries, including media, manufacturing, higher education, and government. Katherine is a thought-leader and avid speaker on unlocking human potential in the workforce, cultivating innovative workplace culture and operations, and using technology to solve ambitious challenges. Her views have been shared broadly in media including BBC, MSNBC, and Wired Magazine. Katherine is passionate about learning and the arts. She serves on the boards of Save the Music and the Westchester Ballet Company, supporting music tech, arts and education in underserved communities, and is an advisor to tech start-ups in HR, equality and education.
