Kathleen Basa

Katrina brings over 10 years' experience in both Superannuation and in the Learning & Development field. She currently manages a team of training and development specialists and assessors across Australia as well as ASFA Learning's Student Services team. Katrina is involved in the technical maintenance and development of ASFA’s learning programs including the use of e-learning platforms. She has travelled extensively around the country and internationally delivering superannuation training to ASFA members. She has facilitated a range of workshops from introductory courses to diploma subjects including Certificate III and IV in Financial Services (Superannuation), RG146, trustee director training and legislation updates. Katrina is a TAE qualified assessor with experience in the co-ordination of ASFA’s Government funded traineeship program. She has working experience in project management, is RG 146 compliant and holds a Bachelors degree in Arts (Psychology and English, Text & Writing), Masters in Business (Marketing) and Diploma of Superannuation.
