Kathryn (Kathi) Franklin

Compassionate and effective advocate for the underserved in health care first as Chief Operating Officer and currently as President of non-profit health care organization providing access to care for the medically indigent in Cook County and Northwest Chicago. (Access To Care Program serves nearly 10,000 patients a year through 600 physicians and has a budget greater than $4 million.) Adviser to the Board of Directors. Leads organization and program including IT, finance, strategic planning, public relations, patient case management, physician and vendor relations, and community outreach. Establishes and maintains relationships with key Illinois and Cook County health care agencies, local townships, social service agencies and private foundations.
