I am a real estate professional with newly acquired paralegal certificates which I would like to put to use as a paralegal or legal administrative assistant. In the past as a Realtor(r), I worked closely with first-time home buyers as well as commercial property buyers. I was also responsible for vetting qualified buyers and sellers and creating successful closings. My business came from repeat customers. My real estate experiences opened doors to the legal side of the business which I enjoyed most and assisted in my continuing to study law. I bring top-notch skills due to my varied background and I am unflappable, calm and personable. My computer skills are excellent and include PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and the complete Microsoft Office Suite. I also can perform title searches, research i.e. LexisNexis, and am familiar with court procedures. My strong suit is that I can maintain an organized, well-run office and move things along in an efficient and effective manner.
