Kathryn Zimmerman

I am a data scientist and strategic thinker focused on machine learning strategy, use case development and deployment at scale in the healthcare industry. I am passionate about the health sector and the powerful ways in which data and data science can be applied to improve access, quality, and affordability of healthcare! I have experience working with Payer, Provider and Retail Pharmacy organizations to build data, analytic and machine learning solutions to harness the full power of their data. I have experience building machine learning solutions using techniques from CV, NLP and statistics in both academic and business environments. I have presented my work on CNN classification visualization at the Women in Machine Learning (WiML) workshop at the Neural and Information Processing Systems (NeurIPS) conference.
