My extensive experience includes leadership roles with large multinational corporations, startups, and rapidly expanding companies. In driving business growth, my approach centers around leveraging proven achievements and business intelligence (data) to inspire innovation. At the same time, I prioritize leading with empathy and fostering a culture that values advanced thinking, transparent communication, and accountability. With my diverse skill set spanning finance, operations, and technology, I am uniquely positioned to guide businesses for success and facilitate their growth. I am currently Vice President, Executive Partner with Gartner Inc. In my career I have served in several leadership, business and professional roles including Interim Chief Operating Officer of CB Data; Director/Vice President of two technology consulting firms (RightPoint and West Monroe Partners); Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the Tribune Company; Director of Service Delivery for Dun & Bradstreet Software (subsequently Geac). I began my career as a consultant with Deloitte. I am the author of the best-selling book The Woman Road Warrior: A Woman’s Guide to Business Travel and holder of patents on several travel products. I am experienced in being a member of, reporting to, and advising corporate and charitable Boards of Directors.
