• Overseeing the management and promoted the ongoing growth of Jaanimili directly or partnered programs, including managing service agreements, reporting requirements and budgets across NSW • Supported local Jaanimili members including facilitating Yarn Ups, individual mentoring, support and professional development opportunities • Supported the cultural capacity and inclusion of local Uniting Communities programs and staff • Participated in the Jaanimili and broader Uniting Communities leadership group and contributed to Strategic Directions, activities and requirements • Managed the delivery of Jaanimili auspiced programs, including ensuring quality deliverables, reporting and financial requirements are met • Managed Jaanimili partnerships, including negotiating capacity building projects deliverables, and planned transition to community • Actively promoted Jaanimili program growth, including applying for new funding or / and negotiating relevant program growth. • Managed the establishment of new or transitioned programs including communications with program staff and stakeholders, setting up new locations and relevant management and financial and reporting infrastructure • Worked with local management to design and deliver culturally inclusive programs, including contributing to new submissions or reviews • Promoted local Jaanimili membership and participation by facilitating Yarn Ups, contributions to Jaan-a-minute and coordinating members attendance at gatherings or participation in nominated working groups • Provided and coordinated individual, peer support and professional development opportunities for members
