Currently she is involved in launching a new technology company (announcement to follow!). Recently, As the CEO of Radiant Technologies, an international Microsoft Dynamics and SAP Business ByDesign VAR, Kathy executed the successful positioning and sale of the company to a National Reseller Organization. Formerly, she founded Pennington & Associates, a software and content company assisting companies seeking to meet Sarbanes-Oxley compliance requirements in a cost effective manner. Kathy was the co-founder and Chief Innovation Officer of KUITY Corp., a business analytics and software company that enables companies and investors to gain unprecedented insight into their business and increase shareholder value by helping them understand, measure, simulate and optimize their performance while mitigating business and accounting risk. Kathy specializes in working with reorganizations, start-ups, and fast growth business in both the for-profit and non-profit sector. Through her work she has enabled organizations to increase profits, develop replicable and scalable processes that empower employees to understand and respond to key performance indicators.
