I'm multi - passionate. Careers with only one responsibility aren't my gig. So you'll find me doing a lot of things for any client or company that I am affiliated with. I've been with Authentic Bartending since 2010, where I began doing office management. Coinciding with my work here, I've also studied Career Coaching and have taken a special interest in the power of positive thinking. I spend my weekends geeking out on the internet reading the latest psychology / career articles. At Authentic Bartending, one of my main focuses is Job Placement. The role allows me to make connections between talented, certified bartenders, and successful bar establishments to create business relationships. I spend my days speaking with prospective students, current students, and graduates on the ins and outs of getting the job that you want. I also speak with hiring managers to find out exactly what they're looking for and working with them to get it. When I'm not doing Job Placement, I also handle HR, internal hiring inquiries, business management, advertising opportunities, and just about anything else that can make the biz even better.
