My name is Katie Moran, Human Resources/Benefits professional with a strong background in benefits management, employee onboarding, and employee engagement. I am passionate about increasing engagement and utilization of benefits and enjoy helping employees better understand benefits offered by their company and working to improve healthcare literacy. In 2021 I received my MBA from Providence College and was inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma International Business Honor Society. Prior to that, I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Providence College in 2015 with a BS in Health Policy and Management and Business Studies. I have also earned a certification in Human Resource Management from Bryant University. Currently I'm pursuing my CBP (Certified Benefits Professional) certification through World at Work.
