Experienced educational director, consultant & trainer who is competent in creating learning environments that are engaging, practical and targeted to the specific needs of the audience (from learners of any age, to trainers, to community members). Accomplished at conducting needs assessments and using data analysis to view weaknesses and collaboratively find solutions to address those needs. Passionate about leveling the playing field, regardless of a person's background. In a school setting, it's about providing access to the curriculum for all students, so that all students develop academic proficiency. In the community, it's making sure that all voices are considered and to assist in providing access to services. Experienced in overseeing ESOL Programs at the building and district levels from planning, to implementing, training, evaluating, finding/developing and optimizing resources, while handling state and federal compliance issues.
