My teaching experience mostly was related to ESL. I was an English tutor to Korean learners in the past and I was able to handle kids and adult students. Currently, I belong to a company that focuses on Business English catering to Japanese professionals from different industries. As Japan starts to embrace globalization, the demand for a more intensive English language training has increased. As a Grandline Coach, I was able to contribute in developing programs, syllabi and modules tailored for specific type of adult learner. I'm also involved in training and empowering our coaches to assure standard quality of teaching. I host our public speaking program as well. I have handled clients from different industries such as: Accounting and Audit, Consulting, Water Technology, Cosmetics and Skin Care, Manufacturing, Medicine, Telecommunications, Infrastructure, Human Resource/ Human Capital, Real Estate, Construction, IT, Trading, Banking, etc. - Therefore, making me skilled in communicating across culture and business.
