Hi! I’m Kat! I am a career IT technical recruiter with a background in Talent Acquisition and agency-based recruitment. Finding great talent is my passion! Throughout my career, I have helped hundreds, if not thousands of candidates find new roles. I have partnered with some amazing tech companies, including Professional Services & Managed Services consulting companies where I have helped them to attract, source and grow their teams. I have recruited (primary) technical roles but also have experience recruiting Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Legal etc. I have recruited everything from Associate / Graduate up to executive level i.e CIO’s & Dir of Operations.I am obsessed with ensuring that both my Clients and Candidates have an amazing recruitment experience. I consider myself to be highly organised, a strong communicator, relationship-driven and results-orientated. I am comfortable in a 360-degree role, ok with chaos, and thrive in a supportive and collaborative team environment. I am also able to self-manage and work as a stand-alone TA partner.Outside of work, I am proud to be the Founder & CEO (pro-bono) of Every Little Bit Helps, a national charity that supports people in need who are homeless, including victims of Domestic Violence, through the provision of personal hygiene care packs.
