I am a problem-solving business leader with a consistent track record of delivering high performance and revenue growth across different teams in multiple geographies, mostly in the technology sector. Known as the ‘growth guy’, I develop clear strategies then execute with my teams in a hands-on, dynamic style which is totally customer-focused. As a result, my businesses have always grown loyal client relationships, revived dormant accounts, and generated significant new revenue.I have P&L responsibility for a strategic business unit of Harman, a global technology firm recently acquired by Samsung Electronics. We help large enterprises rethink how they can use technology to drive performance in their business, providing consultancy and services across EMEA. Previously, I have twice taken businesses from scratch to becoming multi-million dollar divisions of larger companies. I was the founder and CEO of two start-ups, and I also founded the European division of Aditi, taking it to $30m in 5 years. Two of the five acquisitions with which I have been involved were private equity backed transactions, and I have been given greater responsibility after each event. I combine entrepreneurial skills with energetic corporate and sales management. I financed my MBA in Australia by starting my own company importing agricultural products. I became a strategy consultant at Logica, working with large firms across Australia and Asia. I have subsequent experience of managing complex teams of sales, engineers, operations, finance and HR across Europe.
