Kaushik Chakraborty

Kaushik is a Corporate mystic who has traversed myriads of responsibilities in his two decades long Corporate journey. Currently he is heading Human Resources for Savills India, a 165 years old MNC setting up their India operations. He believes HR’s key responsibility is to create a space where every member of an Organisation is able to unleash his/her true potential. He has committed himself in designing Organisational framework where happiness exudes from every human heart connecting all to a common goal.He has been known in his career for creating Great Places to work and within a year of it's full fledged operations Savills India emerged as a Great Place to work certified Organisation. Leadership development, Coaching and Human Space architecture are his special areas of interest. In his rivetingly interesting career he has donned several hats starting with selling Brooke Bond Lipton Tea in remote villages of India, setting up HNI division of the largest Insurance Company in India, Heading P&L of an IT Consulting fIrm, Driving Sales of Corporate segment from Country office of one of the largest MNC Bank to Heading HR, CSR and Diversity & Inclusion of large MNCs. In his quest towards connecting authentically with people, he has traveled across the globe facilitating Leadership workshops, giving several TEDx talks and being key note speakers in various institutions and forums. He has been a Distinguished Toastmasters and was also named as ‘Top 10 Thinkers’ by MTC Global in 2014. He is a trekker and a trucker who has traveled to most of the Himalayas and has of-late emerged as a wannabe actor making his debut in a Bollywood movie. He lives in Gurgaon with his professional photographer wife and two daughters.
