My experience as a media professional, working with some of the biggest names in the industry, helped me understand the business-critical problems faced by today’s media houses and digital publishers.The media industry, which changed significantly in how it engages its audience in the digital era, has been very slow in adapting to how it manages its own business. In fact, many traditional media houses are still ill-equipped to handle the fast-evolving content landscape.I envisaged an impending need for media houses and publishers to transform their monetization and revenue management process. To cater to this need, I, along with a team of experts, co-founded Voiro in 2013.Today, Voiro is India’s largest home-grown revenue management solutions provider for digital publishers. We work with some of the biggest OTT players, digital publishers and media houses at various stages of digital adoption to achieve sharper monetisation by streamlining workflow, harnessing data, and increasing efficiency through automation.A positive thinker and die-hard optimist, I strongly believe that all of us need to be conscious of our actions, our values and its impact on the people around us. I actively contribute to the community and local area development, like raising funds for developing our local parks or speaking about working women issues.
