For as long as I can remember I've had a passion for writing, videography, and visual art. At the spry age of seven, I was giving my first camera -- a silver express instant polaroid camera. In the first day of owning that camera, I must have used at least two cartridges of film. That same year, my first grade teacher handed me a blank, black hardbound book and told me to go our there and write down all of my stories. This formative year started me on the path to becoming a professional writer and social media content creator. As my love for photography and videography are, I decided to start a blog documenting my life. Then, in high school, I started a YouTube channel -- which I still run today -- where I share my love for fashion, design and lifestyle. Today, I have built a personal brand with thousands of followers that has expanded onto Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest. Across these social platforms, I create regular photo and short and long form video content. Over the years, I’ve worked with brands such as Sand Cloud, BANGS Shoes, and the Goodwill of Central and Costal Virginia to create content using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Final Cut Pro as a brand ambassador or paid content partner. In my role as a YouTube and social media content creator, I have used social media to share pressing information, promote my work, tell stories, and build a thriving community. In my current position as news writer and senior editor for Salem Web Network, I also function as a brand manager for several company websites and create informative and compelling daily content for our vast audiences.
