In my current role as Area Claims Supervisor, I work directly with field claims adjusters in my region in Missouri and portions of Eastern-Northeastern Kansas. I am responsible for supervising and guiding my team of adjusters through the claims process for both Multi-Peril Crop Insurance (MPCI) and Private Product claims. I hire and train new adjusters as well as keep my existing team of adjusters updated on ever changing rules set by the Risk Management Agency (RMA). Along with supervising my team, I also build and maintain professional relationships with agents in my region and answer any questions they may have pertaining to claims.
