Hi, my name is Kayte, I am 30 years old and an Area Manager with Arbonne Australia. I have been in the business for 2 and a half years, my journey beginning when my first daughter was 9 months old. When my daughter was only 5 months old, I had to go back to work. T​he cost of living was forever increasing and with a mortgage to pay, we could never seem to get on top. I had always dreamed of working from home, owning my own online business, after all it is the way of the future, but not being tech or business savvy I figured this would never happen for me. So I was lucky enough to be able to go back to the local cafe I had been working at for the last 7 years and earn that bit of extra money we needed to make ends meet. After 4 months of working 10 - 15 hours at the cafe and still living pay check to pay check. I met my beautiful business partner, a single mum, with an 11 year old son. She used to be a senior administrator for an engineering company, working 60 plus hours a week, while only getting paid for 38 and never having the chance to spend time with her son. After 9 months in Arbonne she was able to quit her full time job and was now making more then she was at the engineering company and working a third of the time. I had to find out more! I tried the products and I immediately fell in love, it felt amazing on my skin and ticked all the boxes, not being tested on animals and made without all those nasty toxic ingredients. As I learned more about the companies compensation plan and all the ongoing support I would receive from my business partner and the company, along with the rewards and recognition, there was no way I was letting this opportunity pass me by. My daughter is now 3 years old and I now also have an almost 2 year old. I love that I can decide when I work and that I can do it from the comfort of my own home without missing out on my kids growing up. I thank Arbonne everyday for what it brings to my life... So much more than great skin!!
