I am a product manager for Value Framework at Salesforce. In September 2021, I moved from Salesforce Japan to Salesforce HQ without leaving Japan at all. This is a truly Work-From-Anywhere😃 As a product manager, I am in charge of new products that deliver the value of Einstein AI to our customers. Also, I'm working as an outbound PM who focuses on adoption, VoC, go-to-market, and a customer engagement. I’ve been working with cross functional teams in different time zones, Japan, Hong Kong, Israel, EMEA, and the US. Before moving to the HQ, I co-founded the first product management team at Salesforce Japan. The Japan PM team was focusing on go-to-market, launching, pilot, localization, VoC, deal support and customer engagement as a local product owner in Japan. I joined Salesforce as a pre-sales engineer in the communication industry. With the over 3 years of experience, I had been known as an evangelist of Salesforce Einstein AI and moved a product marketing team as Einstein Product Marketing Manager. As the PMM, I had been working on multiple AI related projects for proof of concepts, leading a pilot program, developing sales enablement tools, competitive analysis, product communication with the HQ team, and executing the product go-to-market strategies. My background was computer science and natural language processing(NLP) at a graduate school and as a research assistant at the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology(AIST).
