While simultaneously managing a team of eight designers in a student-run multimedia production studio, I earned my Marketing degree a semester early at the University of Portland. As a Studio-Lead, I strive to empower others through a culture-first environment where creativity, authenticity, and productivity live in harmony. Over the past four years, I have honed my skills as a self-taught multimedia designer, video producer, and servant-leader. Now, as I wrap the knowledge transfer to the next generation of studio members, I am searching for what's next.
